By entering the Firefly Fishing Co. Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open worldwide.
Participants must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their country).
Employees of Firefly Fishing Co., participating brands, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on August 12th and ends on September 12th at 11:59 PM MST.
Entries received after the end date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
Enter by submitting your email address on the official Giveaway page.
For extra entries, you may submit both personal and work emails.
Limit: 2 entries per person unless otherwise specified.

5. Winner Selection
Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
Winner will be contacted via the email provided within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
6. Email Sharing & Marketing
By entering, you consent to your email being shared with participating brands for marketing purposes.
Participating brands may contact you with promotions, offers, and updates.
You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
7. General Conditions
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Firefly Fishing Co. is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Firefly Fishing Co. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Firefly Fishing Co. and participating brands are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
By entering, you agree to release Firefly Fishing Co., its affiliates, and participating brands from any claims arising from your participation or use of the prize.
9. Privacy
Your information will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including sharing emails with participating brands.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Idaho/United States.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Idaho/United States unless otherwise required by law.
