Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be stoked with your Firefly Fishing gear. If something isn't quite right, I'm happy to help.

New, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 20 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags and original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, email me at grant@firefly-fishing.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending anything back.

Print-on-Demand Items

Because my print-on-demand products are made specifically for you after your order is placed, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please let me know as soon as possible at grant@firefly-fishing.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and I'll make it right.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll let you know when your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
